Lloyds TSB

I am writing this blog, because I am entirely dissatisfied with Lloyds and annoyed.
What happened, happened months ago, in March, and now it is middle of June, and the problem is still not solved.

They gave me an unplanned overdraft for a transaction which was a FRAUD. I did not and never will pay in the money because the transaction is a fraud transaction. It is clear till now for everybody. What Lloyds started to do, day were charging me for the unasked unplanned fraud transaction with their standard daily rate. I went into the bank and asked them to remove the charges, because the transaction was a fraud and I am not willing to pay. They removed the charges. I reported the fraud in April. They still did not refund me. They sent letters for the wrong address. Now what happened to day is I got a letter from Lloyds, that they are charging me again with 221 pounds. I am completly fed up with them, I explained the problem three times for the smiling and apologetic staff in the bank, but they still do not understand. They causing me financial loss, because I can not start my online business. That is 1000 pounds on daily base.

They gave me poor credit rating, because I stopped to use my account as fraud transactions occured on my account from time to time.

They lost a customer.

What I am planning to do is simply opening a bank account with another bank.

Do you have any experience like this with Lloyds, or I am the only one.
